Before we can begin to process your shipment we will need the following information:

• Provide ship to address including contact name and phone number if different from invoice address.  If shipping to a commercial address please provide the name of the business.

• For shipping charges less than $2500.00 please click here to pay online or contact our office +1-866-325-6447 with credit card details, including name and billing address. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Electronic Fund Transfer (Bank Wire), Certified Checks, and Money Orders.

• For shipping charges exceeding $2500.00 please call our office.

Liquidity Services/Gov Liquidation/Surplus Acquisitions/GoIndustry Dove Bid Customers must provide:

• Official Paid In Full Invoice

• Authorization For Pick-Up (last page of invoice)

• MUST designate Fast Track Logistics as your service provider and sign it.

Gov Planet/Iron Planet / Ritchie Bros Customers must provide:

• Item Release

Gov Deals Customers must provide:

• Buyer’s Certificate

• Agent Release

Once documents are received we will process your request within 24 hours (or less) and notify GL/Liquidity Services we will be handling your items.  We will process your request within 24 hours (or less) of receiving the required documentation.   We will also notify the corresponding location that we will be handling your items.  Appointments are required for packing & pick-ups.  It can sometimes take 3-5 days before openings are available.
